TREATMENTS

First, a history of your complaint and health history is taken, followed by a complete evaluation and exam. The Doctor will determine what additional procedures are needed for further analysis of your complaint are required. Our office offers chiropractic techniques, including Diversified adjustments, Thompson drops, and Instrument assisted. Along with Chiropractic care, modalities such as Graston, FAKTR, MRT, Kinesiology Taping, Dynamic Taping, and Therapeutic exercises may be used in your treatment plan to get you better faster and keep you moving longer.

Initial assessment and care. The first visit will take approximately 60 min. and will consist of a complete history, functional assessment, and exam. Once the problems has been identified treatment is rendered.

Telemedicine is a HIPAA compliant video-conferencing tool for home exercise to elevate musculoskeletal pain and return to normal activity.

Preparticipation physical examination (PPE) helps determine whether it's safe for you to participate in a certain sport. Minnesota requires that athletes have a sports physical every 2 years.​
